John Ottway (Liam Neeson) is a hired gunman for an
Alaskan oil company, a sniper paid to protect the rigging teams as they
lay pipelines across the harsh tundra. His job is about to take on a
whole new set of duties when a haunting, but sweet and peaceful, dream
is suddenly interrupted by a plane crash which forces him to trade his
riffle for makeshift torches and spears. Now, instead of standing guard
and keeping watch over the work crews, he finds himself arm and arm
beside them as they fight for survival against not only the wilderness
and frigid elements but also a fierce and relentless pack of wolves.
Ottway
seems to be the only level-head when it comes to survival and the only
one that knows anything about wolves. After he gets attacked outside the
plane, he begins to share some of his
knowledge with the six remaining crash survivors. But soon, they will
all learn everything they will ever need to know as they trek away from
the safety of the plane debris and out into the wind and snow in search
of salvation.
Once more into the fray. Into the last good fight I will ever know
Live or die on this day. Live or die on this day.
Most
times you can sense when something big or bad, is about to happen. But
that “something” had already happened after Ottway and Diaz fought, and
the black wolf appeared. Then comes the calm. Everyone settled back down
around the fire while Diaz is apologizing for being an ass and, WHAM!
Sparks fly! ....OMG!....
YES! Another Must See movie, with drama, adventure,
action and thrills. You definitely will not be disappointed!
